Pricing and invoicing
All prices shown in this quote, catalog or commercial document are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (IVA).
The IVA breakdown will appear on the official invoice. Prices may change after the quote expires.

Quote validity
This quote is valid for 10 calendar days from its date of issue. After this period, prices will be updated according to market changes.
Quote validity does not guarantee immediate availability of the product.

Product availability
Because we work with natural materials, the availability of certain types, tones or dimensions may vary. The customer will be notified of alternatives or rescheduling options.

Characteristics of natural material
Our products are natural stone, an organic material whose physical and aesthetic characteristics may vary between lots.
Variations in tone, color and texture are not defects but inherent characteristics of the material.

Returns
Returns, exchanges or claims due to natural aesthetic variations of the marble are not accepted.

Returns and exchanges policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of errors directly attributable to AE Bridge Group Piedras Naturales.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receiving the material. Installed or modified products are not eligible for return.

Delivery time
Delivery time starts from the date the full payment for the material is received. Production does not begin until payment is confirmed.
Lead times vary depending on complexity, finish and quantity.

Transportation and logistics
Transportation costs are not included in the prices. Freight and insurance will be quoted separately.
AE Bridge Group Piedras Naturales is not responsible for damage caused during unloading of the material.

Handling and storage
We recommend storing the material upright, on dry surfaces protected from moisture and impact. Damage caused by improper storage is not the company's responsibility.

Use and applications
Usage recommendations are based on the technical characteristics of the material. The customer or installer verifies the suitability of the product and carries out the necessary sealing and substrate treatments.

Modifications and customization
If the order includes special cuts, custom finishes or slabs laminated to size, this work is non-refundable and not subject to change once manufacturing has begun.
